Have you heard of the “Trash to Treasures” program?

Have you ever had something that’s still in good condition but you just don’t want it anymore? Well Trash To Treasures is an event after school for kids who are able to donate 1-2 things that fit the description of items like: hoodies/clothes, stuffed animals, home decor, etc. But, you do have to have it within a bag that can be carried around until after school or get dropped off at Mrs. Gauntt’s room, C4. Items should be somewhat small; nothing bigger than the bag. Next, you will also bring $3 max to use after school to buy the items. Everything there is going to be ONLY $1! Any items not sold will either be returned to the owner or donated. Another great thing about this event is that if you are a Go Green Academy member, you can sign up to run and be a cashier for this event. Speaking of that– this event not only helps support Go Green Academy, but also helps the community by donating to people in need. This event will be held on Thursday, May 28th in the HMS Cafeteria.
