Perfectly Palladino

Curly locks, smiles, pencils, oh my! I had the pleasure of sitting down with Mrs. Palladino personally, and finding out some incredible things about her. Many people will be surprised to know that even though she teaches reading she doesn’t really read that much. ” I just don’t have time,”Mrs. Palladino stated.

Her favorite color is red , because it can represent so many significant things. Something I find unusual and interesting about her is that her  and her daughters birthdays are a day apart. She enjoys: hiking, skiing, and anything outdoors. She’s been teaching for twelve years, and she loves what she gets to do everyday, but she admits it’s not easy.

Growing up Mrs. Palladino used to play pretend teacher, but it wasn’t until her third year in college that she was certain she wanted to pursue it as a career.  On snow days her tradition is to watch nine hours of her favorite trilogy Lord of the Rings.

Lastly, a piece of advice she’d like to share  is “This too shall pass…” meaning even when you’re at your worst, and your backs against the wall, and the world seems like it’s about to end, remember whatever you’re going through will pass.
