Panic! At The Disco Perspective

Lily Newton, Staff Writer

I’m an absolute super fan of Panic! At The Disco, so it’s no shock that I’m excited for their new album Pray For The Wicked. Their two newest singles “Say Amen(Saturday Night)” aImage result for panic at the disco brendonnd “Silver Lining” are unquestionably  incredible. In my opinion, they might be Panic! At The Disco’s best songs yet. The first time I heard “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” it made me cry tears of joy because of how excellent it is. Even the music for the video “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” is stunning; it is by far one of the best music videos I’ve ever seen. It features the band’s lead singer, Brendon Urie, fighting ninjas in his suburban household.

To be honest, I think that Prey For The Wicked will be the band’s best album to date, especially since it features a lot of Brendon Urie’s outstanding vocal range. Brendon Urie described the album as a “party album.” In the past, the band has done very well with “party” songs, like “Don’t Threaten Me With A Good Time”. I also think that, this album will have a deeper meaning to it, since most of the major themes are about change and growth. All in all, I am very excited for Panic! At The Disco’s new album, and I can’t wait for more new singles to be released.
