I’m sure you’ve seen the BUZZ about all of the amazing academies that HMS has to offer– Robotics! Kindle Club! Math Academy! Photography! Green Earth! Plus, many more!

One of those exciting academies is the VERY academy that puts together and publishes the HMS Press (that’s the paper you’re reading RIGHT NOW).

We are looking for a few new staff members to join our amazing team. You might think to yourself, “I hate essays,” or, “I write all day in class.”  Fear not, friends! The HMS Press is OUR place to publish our voice.

We, the students, choose the topics we want to cover. Then, we research, interview, write and publish the article online (don’t worry it’s super easy and we will teach you how). We even take or choose the photos that we would like to represent our story.

The HMS Press has a little bit of everything.

Are you a gamer? Write video game reviews!

Want to get involved in the excitement of things happening RIGHT NOW here at HMS? Be the source behind the scenes at these events and write a breaking news piece!

Like to cook? Publish yummy recipe ideas!

Passionate about a certain cause? Write a features article focusing on it!
